What does a Touch For Health® (TFH) level one class look like?
It’s two days of interactive training. You don’t just sit and take notes but you learn some aspects of the class and then practice it. It is a fun filled two days. Come dressed comfortably – layers are good. Bring what ever is good for you to take notes with, the Complete Edition book (see below), colored pencils or highlighters, snacks and a positive attitude!
