I personally try and achieve what I consider a balanced life. For me that means:
- I eat right (really right!!),
- exercise (ok, maybe not quite enough),
- definitely get enough sleep,
- provide my body the supplements that it needs,
- have healthy boundaries with friends and family
- I go to work every day
- pay my bills on time
- laugh and cry as appropriate
BUT – let’s be real —– life happens! We get hurt physically or emotionally and it takes it’s toll on us. Now what? I’ve taken several Healing Touch classes, use Touch for Health® daily, I know how to balance and ground myself, and most importantly I have my faith to rely on and I pray!
